Kat has been practicing yoga since 2007, initially focusing on Iyengar before spending the last 9 years practicing Hatha and Vinyasa under Yoga Meditation Healing, completing their inaugural Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. As an illustrator Kat focuses on recognising the animalistic form inherent in yoga both through her illustrations and her practice, exploring the shapes and forms of the body and instilling energetic flow and movement into her classes. Kat likes to bring fun and energy into each session, combining Vinyasa flow sequences with meditation and relaxation.

Kat has Disclosure Scotland background checks in order to work with children and vulnerable people.
